Located very conveniently in textile hub of the city. I would say, this hotel has got best location when you are in Istanbul for business. Rooms are good, price is good and staff is very kind and helpful. Many food places in vicinity and very good for shopping 🛍 😋 I would highly recommend this hotel 🏨 👌 😄

For sure this is not a 5-star hotel in european standards. Maximum 4 stars. Rooms are clean and nice but nothing very special. Bed comfortable, little bit too soft. Nice to have free gym, sauna and swimming pool but all sauna sizes are soooo overdimensioned. Finnish sauna is around 20 m2 but only small heater inside. So it's hard to get good heat in it. Have to stay at least 15 mins and throw a bucket of water on heater. Also, the sauna is so big and every time to throw water you have to get down on stage. So annoying. Steam sauna also very big and very little steam and also there is musty smell. Gym is nice and quite big. All Technogym equipment. Also tried Balinese massage twice and it was worth the money. Most annoying thing about my 8 night stay was breakfast. Quite small selection, mainly localt foods and no continental breakfast. You can have an egg fried for you (or omlet or scrambeld eggs) but only one person to make this with two pans so mostly long queue. Coffee also not good at all. Based on instant coffee. Nevertheless, you can get you stomach full but would expect lot more from hotel that rates itself as 5 star hotel.

I stayed for half a month and it was wonderful! It was cute and cozy. Their food is seriously so good, a lot of times better than the restaurants I ate at. I missed it when i left istanbul :’( would love to stay here if i visit again.

i found the staff brilliant could not be more helpful the pool was lovely and spa the room perfect for my needs need to take my HDMI cable to get english movies etc positon was excellent room service was very good

My stay at the hotel was 6 nights. It was a wonderful and comfortable stay .The room is nice, big and clean. The breakfast was very delicious. The hotel is close to public transportation, or you can order a taxi. I would like to thank all the employees who gave me special attention when they found out about my surgery. Thanks again, I felt at home. Sure I will back again ;) With a recommendation

The overstay was nice. As a gold member I haven't received any welcome drink. Which is fine as I never use it. The room was satisfying. The cleaning crew is amazing, as he was cleaning the room perfectly.

This was our third time staying at Ibis Styles in Merter on the European side of Istanbul. The experience is great each time and thats why we keep returning! The service is absolutely amazing from valet, front desk, restaurant and spa staff, everyone is kind and professional. Breakfast is until 10:30am and has a lot of variety. There is an amazing gym and Thai spa. Valet is fast and does a great job. 0 complaints. Great overall and highly recommended.

Next to the market. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. nice view if you are in a high level. Kind stuff. They keep your luggages for free for some hours, so you easily exploit even the last day of your trip.
